Children in Crossfire was founded in 1996 by Richard Moore, who lost his sight at age 10 during the Northern Ireland conflict. Born from tragedy, the organisation now works to support some of the world’s most vulnerable children affected by poverty.

We partner with local organisations in Tanzania and Ethiopia to improve the lives of disadvantaged young children, with a strong focus on Early Childhood Education (ECE).

In Ireland, we engage with schools and the public to raise awareness of global justice issues and advocate for greater investment in ECE.

Air Ambulance NI is a charity providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Service across Northern Ireland, in partnership with NIAS. Every day, two people on average need our critical care.

Our crew, pilot, doctor, and paramedic, fly 365 days a year, reaching any part of the province in around 25 minutes. Getting patients to hospital within the Golden Hour can mean the difference between life and death.

It costs £8,200 a day to run the service, and we rely entirely on public support to stay airborne. From fundraising to Gifts in Wills, every contribution helps save lives.

We offer dedicated youth and family support services for each stage of a heart warrior’s experience. Alongside this we undertake and support research, and campaign for the voices of children, young people, and their families to be at the heart of all congenital cardiac services.
